I’d foolishly left it a while since I’ve had a treatment from Lisa. Fantastic Deep Tissue Massage today and also assisted me with some hand pain at short notice. Lisa is a very pleasant, warm and welcoming therapist who creates a comfortable, relaxing experience from start to finish.

I got a deep tissue massage and it was just what I needed. Nicki made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me before hand and made me feel at ease. I am having ongoing issues with my shoulder muscles and the massage really helped. I look forward to returning again very soon. Thank you Nicki 😊

Excellent deep tissue massage! Hayley managed to work out all my knots in my shoulders and I feel great!

Suffer with neck back and shoulder pain due to my job. Booked in with Lisa and told her to do whatever style of massage she thought I needed. I had a combination of deep tissue massage, gui sha massage and dry cupping. Looking forward to feeling the benefits of this over the next few days. Will definitely be booking in for more treatments. Xx

Absolutely gorgeous deep tissue massage with Nicky – the pressure was perfect throughout. She made it clear she was happy to adjust it if needed, but she got it spot on from the start. The room was clean, beautifully presented, and filled with calming scents that made the whole experience even more relaxing. I really appreciated the pre-massage consultation and the aftercare chat – I felt genuinely cared for and completely at ease. A truly lovely experience from start to finish.

Nicki was absolutely wonderful! I had a deep tissue massage and an Indian head and shoulders massage afterwards. She got all my knots out and I feel so relaxed!! Highly recommend :)

Received this as a birthday present, Deep tissue massage. Lovely environment very relaxing, pressure just right, will definitely be going again.

Had my second deep tissue massage with Laura. Laura advised that I may need a sports massage for my next session. Always feel very relaxed on entering and leaving the premises. I can't recommend highly enough. Wish I'd known about this place sooner. Thanks again.

I booked in with Forest Massage Therapies for a 45 mins deep tissue massage having had long term shoulder and neck pain. Nicki is highly professional and the suite is perfectly clean and hygienic. As good if not better than any spa massage I have had at a much more affordable price. Nicki found and got rid of knots I wasn't even aware of and gave great aftercare tips and cold bottled water. Highly recommend.
