Klara delivered a dreamy facial massage. There was a variety of relaxing techniques used creating a blissful experience. The environment and sounds were calming and beautiful. Klara's presence is warm and welcoming, she whispered during the massage (when communicating was necessary) which helped maintain immersion throughout. I was offered a green tea and given plenty of time to come back to full awareness afterwards. Can't wait to visit again.

Fantastic Japanese Ritual facial from start to finish. The foot massage add-on was also fabulous. Martyna truly has magic in her fingers. I arrived feeling OK...I thought...but I left feeling lighter and more relaxed. I shall be back again very soon.

Chloe is so lovely and makes sure she recommends what's best for you. I had my eyebrows tinted and waxed. I'd previously had them laminated and used a lighter brown tint to ensure it wasn't too much of a shock. This time we went darker and so glad I did they are perfect

I am absolutely obsessed with my YY lashes they last at least 3 weeks before you even need an infill! & also I had my brows tinted and waxed and again, very happy! Highly recommend!!
