Visited Lisa with problems with my achilles tendon and my knee. After a session of acupuncture they certainly feel a lot more free moving and am no longer needing to take pain killers

I started going to see Lisa due to pains in my joints and I didn't want to pop pain killers everyday. I've just finished my 2nd acupuncture treatment along with a back massage and cupping and I feel like a million dollars! Since my 1st treatment a few weeks ago, my joint pain is already less frequent and much less painful if it does flare up... Which is definitely progress. I no longer use pain killers for joint pain either. I highly recommend Lisa, she's truly amazing!

I’ve been in so much pain over ‘lock down’ with Plantar fasciitis and as soon as I could I had an acupuncture session with Lisa. I could feel the benefits straight away, it’s part of the treatment plan to help it, I’m so happy I got the treatment. Thanks Lisa :)

Nicki made things super comfortable and calm. I came in for a deep tissue back massage because of some back pain I've been having recently. Visited Lisa due to a recurring dose of Sciatica. This time she treated me with Subcutaneous Needling and I have to say I am a complete convert. It is different to usual accupuncture but for me it was more remedial with the accute pain. Looking forward to my next visit x

Fantastic appointment carried out by Lisa at Omni Therapy. I arrived with uknown Neck pain that had been bothering me for a week or two. Lisa used numerous techniques to ensure not only my neck muscles but my whole back was worked on and loosened up. I walked out feeling great and woke the next morning feeling alot better than the weeks before,l being able to move my head correctly and also felt alot better while driving in my lower back areas. Hayley is the best there is. She has helped me so much whilst I have been struggling with endometriosis. She is so knowledgeable, explains everything she is doing and the reasons why. She is kind and goes out of her way for you. Every treatment I have had has been the best. I cannot recommend Hayley highly enough. If you feel like a massage, reiiki, acupuncture, but are a bit weary as you may not know much about it, give it a go. I would have been constantly in bed for the past 10 months if it wasn't for Hayley. I was in so much pain. She has been my saviour 😊 Thank you Hayley, so much. X

One word AMAZING really enjoyed the massage and my back is feeling so much better. Roma does it exactly how you like I’ve had trouble in the past with therapists not applying enough pressure however I have now found a therapist who really understands your needs and delivers what you want. Always checks in on you during massage to make sure you are ok and the pressure is fine she really puts so much effort in to giving you the massage you want. I could really tell she knew what she was doing. I even got a lovely honey tea afterwards which was a lovely end to the massage. See you next time x
