Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. I have been struggling with a shoulder injury for many years, started coming here for chamber sessions and have also had cupping all helped manage the pain but recently started acupuncture with Dylan and that has been amazing. His knowledge is excellent and he has tailored my treatment to my needs. I have had 3 sessions so far and the daily pain I have had for at least 10 years has reduced by about 80%. Would recommend Dylan completely.

Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tightness, aches or sports-related pain.

Wow! Exactly what I have been looking for since my 2 sprained ankles 3 years ago! Sne was amazing, painful yes! But a nice much needed kind of painful. Simone was great. He took a few minutes to discuss what I needed and check posture/muscles before starting the session. He explained what he was doing throughout and where he could notice muscles stiffness/tension, making sure that muscles were warmed up properly, so that even knots were (mostly!) pain-free when massaged. I felt so much better afterwards, and would definitely recommend!

Paris had assessed me thoroughly throughout an earlier treatment, recognised an issue and directed me to request an MRI. I did as she suggested and have subsequently been referred to three specialists. I can’t rate her enough. Her approach is safe, considered and careful, yet so thorough. I now visit every four weeks and see this as a must.

I have been struggling with endometriosis and suffered with server pain every month. Since I started my sessions with Holistic Pincups Alhamdulillah I can see a big difference in the pain and my menstrual cycle over all. Lewis came highly recommended from a work colleague. Lewis is very accommodating and welcoming and puts you at ease. I had my initial consultation where Lewis listened to me and my issue. Lewis made a number of recommendations to get me back doing the sports I enjoy the most. I had the best body reset massage and left feeling fantastic with now no pain I'm my shoulder and neck.
