Aleksandra is the truly the best nail artist in the business. She’s been my ride or die since moving to London almost 3 years ago. She is a perfectionist (classic Virgo) and takes such care with each and every step in her process to ensure you always leave the salon happy. She is meticulous and insanely hygienic (we all have high street nail salon trauma) which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I could not recommend Aleksandra more highly ❣️ I promise you will not regret your NaiLay nails!

After bouncing from one salon to the next for a few years it feels really good to find a home at Tropics to get my retouch relaxers, cuts and colours done. Kayleigh has been amazing. She's so understanding and doesn’t take offence on any feedback I give. She is truly talented and always does what's best for my hair. She bastes my hair properly before relaxers so it doesn’t burn. The staff are also amazing, they get on really well and there's always great conversation and laughs. I always feel at home whenever I go. I would highly recommend Tropics.

She was so professional, friendly, and made the whole process feel smooth and enjoyable. Nisa did such an amazing job and the final result was honestly 10/10. Anya is very skilled in what she does. Had my haircut then my daughters. We really liked it! She will take time to ask you what cut you like and will also ask midway the process to make sure you are happy. She also gives you choices and suggestions as to the cut and style. The salon is also clean and well maintained. Shall be going back again next time! I’m glad i came across this salon as I really was looking for one since I arrived in London.
