Always a warm and friendly welcome. Today was exceptionally hot outside and everyone inside made an effort to keep everyone cool and drinks were offered on arrival. Always good value. Was able to fit me in for a last minute appointment and this was appreciated.

From my first visit to Ainsley, she saw by the state of my nails that they were dehydrated. She talked me through the options and explained in a way I could understand, the various procedures she would go through to ensure that my nails would be stronger and healthier. Ainsley has worked with me in a very person centred and mindfulness way, not just focusing on my nail health, but on my general well-being. I no longer need acrylic or gel nails, as my natural nails are now strong and healthy thanks to Ainsley's care and attention.
