The space is calm and welcoming, the therapist was gentle yet thorough, and every step of the treatment felt intentional and luxurious. The fabulous Vanessa was my wax wizard once again – professional, lightning-fast, and armed with a killer sense of humour that had me giggling through the ahem less giggle-friendly moments. She somehow manages to make waxing feel like a catch-up with an old friend – if that friend also happened to be a precision-focused ninja with wax. Honestly, 10/10 service, always amazing.
