I had an amazing experience! She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. She made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and the conversation was great it made the session even more relaxing. The massage was excellent, and she paid attention to every detail. Both the owner (I believe) and Gwen were amenable in offering to remove my fingernail gel and redo my nails although I had no money with me when I stopped in to schedule an appointment. Being a regular customer, they were confident that I'd follow through with paying. I'm dealing with hand eczema so Gwen had the challenge of removing dried skin behind my nails. I so appreciated their patience and trust!

The pedicure was amazing and relaxing, the massage chairs are the best I’ve had. And the nail tech did a great job with my special request purple dip! Friendly, on time, and did a great job. What more can you ask for?
