Lauren was fantastic, I have had a few Indian head massages and her was up there with one of the best. Her advice around my facial was amazing as I do suffer from cyst like spots on my chin which can be painful. She tailored my facial to ensure it wasn’t painful in anyway and home remedies to help with the pressure of spots. My friend was amazed at the price as she is also a key worker she will be booking in soon too. It’s worth every penny spent and just what I needed after a busy weekend at work. I've been coming to this waxing shop regularly, and I can't recommend it enough! I always feel super comfortable and relaxed during the process, which really makes a difference. Natalie is amazing – she's not only great at what she does, but also really understanding and accommodating. I had to move my appointment because of a night out I had coming up, and she was so helpful in fitting me in so I could be ready in time. Excellent service every time!
