Polished, Ashtead are fabulous. They treat nails (and clients) with utmost respect, their products are first class, as are their treatments. Lucy is great and my nails are a talking point - whether I am teaching or working in sales - Lucy deserves the credit for this, not me! If you want your nails to look amazing and want to feel good, Polished is the place to visit. Excellent service, fantastic treatments and affordable prices. Sam is fabulous! Upon arriving at the treatment rooms, Sam took time to understand what I was looking for in terms of my skin (I had booked a facial) and then advised me on the best treatments for me. I had dermaplaning, milia treatment, eyebrow wax and tint and a million dollar facial. Sam uses top quality products and the treatments are top quality too. My skin looks and feels so much better and I feel like a new woman! I will now be returning regularly to incorporate Sam’s expertise into my regular skin routine. I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this treasure in Bookham!

Van at VS Beauty is fantastic! I've been in twice now — once for a brow and lip wax, and another time for a lash lift and lip wax — and both visits were great. Van is very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knows her craft. The salon is spotlessly clean and she uses high-quality products throughout. I loved the results both times and will definitely be back!

Just home from a brilliant and pain free waxing appointment! Van made me feel very at ease and relaxed and we had a lovely time chatting during the appointment! Van was very thorough and professional from start to finish but also accommodated a last minute request to add to my appointment too which was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Van again, I just wish I had found her sooner!

Amazing service again from Freya! I was undecided on what I wanted on my nails and Freya was so patient and came up with a great idea exactly what I wanted. Thankyou Freya i love my nails. Also had a waxing service, I was a bit nervous and Freya was so professional talking me through each stage and giving me time. Can’t wait to go back again.

Excellent from start to finish. Suzie was welcoming and friendly, showed exceptional care and attention. There was a faultless selection of appropriate earrings and Suzie took her time to explain the process and aftercare to my daughter. She wasn’t rushed through it and made my daughter feel completely at ease. Clean and comfortable surroundings. Absolutely no complaints. Fantastic service, one happy daughter!

Freya is always so welcoming and this is so so important when having certain treatments she just makes you feel at ease .no awkwardness 👏, I felt at ease straight away during my appointments never a dull moment with us ☺️, the most amazing beautician I’ve experienced. And she has been amazing with my sister who’s got some different needs & my daughter basically wants to live in the salon lol 😂.
