Laura was amazing very welcoming,friendly and super easy to talk to about your issues. My session was biokinesiology as gut issues last 3yrs. It's mind blowing the process and interesting new area, as I have tried alot! After 1 appointment She was able to identify foods that trigger me which i was unaware and foods i excluded that can be reintroduced , also she selected the correct supplements to help my problems. And ones to not have at the moment. This is the start of my journey so hopefully I will see some improvements once I implement some changes. i would recommend Laura, see you 5wks!

Bernard is very up to date on technologies which are natural to the body. He imparts his knowledge and its all up to ourselves to decide what's best to do. No push on sales, its all about you, all very relaxed.

Bernard, is a great listener and is a true health professional. Once I described what was going on for me, he explained in clear language what was happening to me and has given me great treatments and solutions.
