Enjoyable. Felt relaxed. Friendly therapist. Only criticism was I could hear the therapist pod cast she was listening too via headphones, slightly - perhaps needed to be turned down - others might find it distracting. Would definitely recommend and return for another treatment.

Sophie is an intuitive massage therapist in my opinion. My massage was focused on my upper back, shoulders and neck, following a spasm. I experienced immediate relief following her massage and continue to feel the benefits. Superb experience in a beautiful setting. Sophie is calm, confident and an expert masseuse. I highly recommend her to you all. If you are reading this, then go ahead and book with confidence. I booked a 45 minute Indian head massage, but after a discussion with Sophie, she recommended the massage she gave me. Fantastic

Kate was very knowledgeable about what I needed and what was wrong and how to fix the tightness in my calves, I've been to physio in the past but nothing had worked till I got the massage and been able to relieve the tightness, 2 weeks till my next appointment but I could have lay there all day, definitely something I'll be repeating monthly

As ever, Gemma gave me. wonderful deep tissue massage today. I’m. bit bruised and battered after falling during a run and she gave some extra therapy to help the bruises heal. She was also very careful working around them. Thank you Gemma!

Luiza is an incredibly knowledgeable therapist, with a calming presence, and I have full trust in her expertise. I first had a HIFU treatment and I hadn’t realized how hooded my eyes were until Luiza worked her magic! I’m thrilled with the results – it has made such a difference to both my appearance and my confidence. More recent treatments have been Radio Frequency with cupping and therapy for lymphatic drainage. Every appointment is tailored to my needs, and Luiza always takes the time to explain the treatments, how they will affect my skin, and what improvements to expect. Highly recommend

I wasn’t sure which type of treatment to take following surgery on my neck with some agitated muscles throughout. However, Ema’s approach was superb and I had a full body MOT which identified several areas requiring treatment and self awareness for recovery. Wholeheartedly recommend Ema.
