Another great physio appt with Lewis. We went through a weights and stretching programme that I have been doing via the app and then Lewis gave my lower back a deep tissue massage. I felt a lot better than when I arrived.

Excellent service again from Sue, lovely clean and relaxing experience. I was new to colonic therapy a couple of years ago and now I can't recommend it enough as I never knew how important it is and helps with so many things. I go quarterly now and being a menopausal woman this has so many benefits to help you get through it. Sue is such a lovely lady who makes you feel so relaxed you forget what you are there for, I wouldn't go anywhere else xx 😘

I have been struggling with calf pain for several months. I held out going to see an NHS physio for a while but then found Molly. Following a thorough assessment, Molly was able to identify that the pain was caused by my sciatic nerve. We discussed my goals and activity levels and she set me on the road to recovery! 3 weeks of specific exercises and I am feeling better than I have in months!

Amazing services. An Indian head massage and a facial by Lorraine was much needed to feel relaxed and un stressed and less anxiety. It's worked no end as now I feel so amazing and relaxed. Usually after an Indian head massage I don't snore at night. So fingers crossed I don't. Also I'd love another tropical facial again in the future. Lorraine is highly recommended by myself.

I’m so happy to have found Mark at Tribe!! Finally someone who knows what they are doing and why!! I’ve had many massages over the years, but this actually feels like “therapy “ for my body and mind, not just relaxation. Mark targets my problem areas, and I can honestly say I am starting to get relief and more movement in my neck in particular! Mark is clearly very knowledgeable. Having benefited from Kylie's healing hands myself, I took my partner to her. He had been experiencing a lot of pain. Kylie is amazing, so knowledgeable. Went with a painful shoulder … immediately the pain had eased after an hr therapy session . It’s definitely a hard massage and I recommend stick with it as I’m noticing a difference and it’s not even been 24hrs yet . I can’t thank Mark enough , I could honestly cry with the relief of not having that constant pain
