Racquel is always thorough and personalised with her approach, really takes her time to understand what's going on for you each session, and tailors everything for you. She takes her time to explain things, regularly checks in, and is always open to feedback. I've had a few sessions with her now and always feel miles better after each treatment. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good sports reset.

This session was so well time after such a crazy week. Also, I had overdone it doing exercise yday and had an ache in my left foot all day, but after this deep reset it's perfectly normal already and I feel great! Thanks Racquel you are truly amazing 🥰.
