Exceptional. Lydia is highly accomplished as a sports therapist and is also adept at working with the client on areas they identify too. I cannot recommend her highly enough

I’ve been to plenty of physio/massage places now that claim to know what they’re doing and very few actually filled me with confidence or left me feeling any better. I can confidently say that after my visit to 222 Align and Restore that Lydia is really knowledgeable. She knows exactly what she is on about and left me feeling much better after. Thank you, I will definitely be back!

First time at 222 I was in so much pain with my neck. I found the therapist really lovely and knowledgeable she worked so hard to sort me out.
