Steph instantly made me feel comfortable and cared for. The reiki and sound bath left me feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and lighter. Her energy is so genuine and calming. I can't sing Andrew's praises enough but after a vocal massage with him my pipes feel in better shape to give it a try! I've visited Andrew a number of times now and always leave feeling very relaxed and looked after. His attentiveness and knowledge means I'm getting the exact kind of treatment hoping for with a sprinkling of expert recommendations.

Just needed to say that I am super thankful for my last two sessions with Andrew. I had a really painful stiff wrist from trying to fit in as much hair styling practice as possible before I launch and I ended up overdoing it. Andrew was able to explain what was causing the pain, advise me on what to do going forward and the sessions helped significantly in improving the pain. I am so grateful to have access to such support at the start of my career and more importantly Andrew, thanks for creating a safe space. Best of luck in everything.

Came for a head massage. Had a stiff neck and tension in my head and face, with headaches. Left feeling really relaxed and loose with a better range of motion. Enjoyed the face massage to. Would definitely recommend and will book again soon. It's giving ASMR.
