Charlotte truly has healing hands , much evident from her long career in nursing . This was my very first time of reflexology; and I regret why I didn’t do this sooner . Charlotte is such a warm , kind , gentle soul who’s aura along with her touch and healing hands had me in absolute relaxation and left me feeling on Cloud 9 - I already plan to book my mother , sister and gift vouchers for my friends HIGHLY RECOMMEND to all 5 ***** Thankyou kindly Charlotte , when Im next back in Derby I will be booking myself in again with you :)

It was just delightful to meet up with Natasha again. Natasha was able to re-establish that amazing connection she had with my daughter the first time we met, and this really helped with the gathering of essential information within the assessment process. Any assessment is an intense process, but by starting where the child is, is a brilliant, start. As a therapist myself, I found myself watching a masterclass!

I have had such a great reflexology session with Charlotte, she is so lovely and welcoming really put me at ease. We discussed what I wanted support with and Charlotte listened with genuine care and sought out to help with my concerns. The reflexology was amazing! Natasha was outstanding in engaging my PDA child who hasn't previously engaged with ANY of the 4 previous assessments arranged by LA and privately. She was able to capture my daughter's interest by diving into her interests and adapting throughout the session, showing her photos of favourite toys, discussing her favourite movie, doing parallel research whilst maintaining the child's attention. I am used to hold my breath at each assessment. This time my child asked when is she going to see Natasha next. Some people are worth their weight gold and without doubt she is one of them

I have been visiting Pennie for around 6 months as I initially had a problem with my neck, this has now completely gone thanks to the sports massages and physio plan that Pennie created for me! I continue to regularly attend appointments to keep my muscles in check and find it massively helps my mobility and recovery post exercise. Pennie is very friendly, professional and helpful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my sports massages!

Very knowledgeable therapist who I felt for once actually got my daughter and understood her needs . We felt very comfortable and came away feeling like a step in the right direction had been made in supporting my daughter with her issues .

Natasha is an exceptionally good therapist! I am so impressed with the way she got so much information out of my children, she made them feel at ease really quickly. We had one session via zoom and one session in clinic, and I can say both worked very well. Natasha managed to get both children to engage on zoom, which was amazing, and they both enjoyed being at the clinic. My only issue is that Natasha is 2 hours away from our house as I would love for her to be my boys regular therapist. The report is very detailed and shows a very deep understanding. Couldn't be happier!

My son was very nervous before we arrived, but we felt welcome and put at ease by the therapists approach. We felt listened to and understood. The therapist was patient and explained everything she was doing clearly. She was able to answer some of my nagging doubts and questions around process towards EHCP too, which was helpful.
