When I first approached Denise for my initial consultation for my sleeping difficulties, I didn’t know what to expect - I was at breaking point and willing to try anything, and thank goodness I reached out to her. From the very first phone call, Denise was welcoming and reassuring. Her sessions have quite literally changed my life and I can’t recommend her enough. She is so friendly and easy to talk to, and always goes above and beyond to help. Her flexibility has also been so helpful to allow me to fit appointments around shift work.

Denise is one incredible lady and is really helping me in the sessions. She makes you instantly feel relaxed and that you can open up and talk freely in a safe environment. I learned so much about how the brain works and thought processes which is invaluable. She has created a wonderful wellbeing centre in Brighouse catering everyone’s needs.
