Great coach! Continuous improvements being made week after week. Small adjustments to form, coaching on correct techniques and providing me with confidence to perform different movements and lifts to keep me improving in my sessions with Byron and those in the gym on my own. Assistance and support in learning and identifying the elements that are helping me to progress and those holding me back. Each session is bespoke to help me achieve my own personal goals with the recognition that these change over time and training is also updated to reflect this. Throughly enjoying my training now!

As always fab session

We both myself & my son can't thank Byron enough for the help he's given my son Kyle. Not long ago my son couldn't walk less than a 10 minute walk from the train station to Unit7 without getting out of breath having to sit down at least 4 to 5 times before arriving the gym. The present moment only 7 months forward my son yesterday smashed his session outside with Byron pushing Kyle to his limits till he had nothing left in the tank. Was totally in shock that my son did 5 sets different exercises one after the other in each set, the strength stamminer & confidence in my son thanks to Byron...

Power 360 is amazing! Byron is a legend. Ive been training this year to go on a 100k hike in Scotland - Loved every minute but the steep downs really took its toll on my right knee... Byron has miraculously rehabilitated me with a mix of sports massage & exercises and BOOM, I'm back to brilliant. Cheers Byron - you are a legend.
