Lauren gave me exactly the cut I asked for after I spent about a min and a half explaining it with pictures. I got a scissor-cut for layers to get that flow. I'll definitely be coming back for my next haircut. For £30 it was absolutely worth it; I don't think I can spend less than £20 anymore cause they never do it right at other places.
