Every time I come into ballerina beauty, I’m welcomed and greeted with a smile. The staff are so friendly and attentive and always making sure I am happy with my pedicure, lash lift or whatever it is I’m getting. I’ve been a customer for over two years and there’s nowhere else I trust with my lashes and nails!!

I’ve been going to Anais every month for my pedicures, and I couldn’t be happier. No matter what design I ask for, she always brings it to life beautifully, and I’m always impressed by the results. She’s incredibly warm and welcoming, making every appointment relaxing and enjoyable. I also love the new pedicure chair she recently upgraded to—it’s so comfortable and shows how much she genuinely cares about her clients. Honestly, her place is super clean, and I’ve never met a nail artist with such great skill! If you really care about your hands and want quality over cheap deals, I totally recommend her. Everyone’s got their own taste, but I was so impressed by her passion and craftsmanship.

It was my first time getting a manicure so I was very happy that Victoria made the process comfortable and relaxing. She is a great conversationalist who kept the whole procedure interesting. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my nails and have gotten many compliments from my peers. I highly recommend her!

The pedicure was professionally done using modern technology by Natasha. The price is higher than other salons in New Whitminster, but the results are better, and my feet will be fine for another 2-3 months. There's no strong acrylic smell in the salon.

I need to do a shoutout to the new chair setup at the salon, it is a game changer. It was so comfortable especially when I am now into my third trimester with very tired legs and sore back. Pedi was amazing as per usual.

Anaïs was very professional, detail-oriented, and kind. She didn’t rush through the appointment and was happy to answer all of my questions.
