Madison was very friendly and professional. She made sure my comfort was at the forefront of the experience. She also did a great job on giving my feet a glow up after months between pedicures. I would definitely go back to Smudge if I'm back in Ottawa and need my nails done.

This is by far the best nail bar in the city of Ottawa. Philip & his team of expert nail techs are polite, professional & inviting. The salon is immaculate & no matter who you choose & appointment with, you will be guaranteed a 5 star experience. I can’t say enough great things about this spot! I recently had a wonderful experience getting a manicure and pedicure at your salon. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire service. The manicurist did an excellent job of my nails, leaving them looking polished and pristine. The pedicure was equally as fantastic, with the technician paying close attention to detail and ensuring my feet looked and felt amazing. Not only was the service top-notch, but the salon itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a fun atmosphere.

I love the customer service at la crystal and Tammy did an unreal job at making my nails look clean and simple. The manicure itself and the colour/application are perfect and the attention to detail is the best I’ve ever had in a nail tech. 10/10!

My nails look amazing as always. However, I booked a French manicure with coloured dip, and when I arrived the nail tech didn’t know how to do French dip and no one else was available. I was offered ombré which was fine and again looks really nice. But what I didn’t appreciate was being charged for ombré when it was a staffing error on their part. I feel like I should’ve been offered the same price my French dip was as compensation

Tammy was incredibly understanding and very flexible, I asked her to redo a few things because I had some different ideas of how I wanted the nails to look. She tried out each one and worked with me every step of the way! Always a lovely experience to have her as my nail tech.

I had biogel nails done with Lucy and then the most relaxing deluxe pedicure with Tina this morning. 5 stars is not enough for the amazing service I receive everytime I visit La Crystal! I had an amazing experience at La Crystal Nails and Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. My nail technician did an outstanding job—she was meticulous, gentle, and really took her time to make sure my nails looked perfect.
