I had the Healing Zen reflexology treatment and it was absolutely lovely. Rachel was so kind, welcoming and attentive throughout the whole session making me feel completely relaxed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. The treatment itself was incredibly calming and I left feeling much more relaxed and refreshed. I particularly found it helpful for managing stress and anxiety, as it gave me the opportunity to properly switch off and unwind. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and therapeutic treatment, and I’ll definitely be returning

I had a structural reflexology for the first time and it was very relaxing although tender at times in certain areas. The service was very professional and when it was finished my feet and legs felt lighter and less stiff. Well worth having if you exercise a lot and suffer with tight muscles on the lower part of your body and feet.

I had a Structural Reflexology treatment with Helen yesterday and it was absolutely wonderful. I arrived feeling quite tight and uncomfortable, but left feeling lighter, more balanced and noticeably more at ease in my body. The treatment was deeply relaxing, yet I could sense that something much deeper was happening. Today, I still feel the benefits, with less tension, easier movement and a greater sense of wellbeing. Helen's calm, caring approach made me feel completely comfortable throughout. I would highly recommend her.

Sam is an absolute gem of a find! Really well informed practitioner and intrinsically tailored the treatment to meet my individual needs (fibromyalgia related pain). The treatment room is beautifully calm and serene and only adds to the feeling of bliss. I walked in but floated out. Would highly recommend.
