Manpreet was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel very relaxed! She makes the room lovely with candles and spa music and I left feeling calm! She did a very thorough job too and made sure I was always happy and comfortable! Thank you!

I have just visited Kate's new salon for a facial, it is so beautiful and has everything you need to help you relax and enjoy the many treatments Kate can offer. This was our second visit here and honestly, they are the BEST! 😍 We’ve tried other massage centres, but nothing compares to this place. My husband and I came in with so much tension in our back, neck and shoulders, and they truly worked their magic! 🙌 They understood exactly where we were stressed and focused on those areas so well. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The staff are so welcoming, polite and professional, and the room is always clean, neat and comfortable. We absolutely loved our couples massage today and will definitely be back! ❤️💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

I had the back, neck and shoulders massage at Ramphai today and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve been struggling with a lot of tension and discomfort recently, and after just one session I genuinely feel like a different person. The massage was tailored perfectly to the areas that needed attention, and the therapist was incredibly skilled, professional and welcoming throughout. The pain and tightness I’d been dealing with has been significantly relieved, and I left feeling relaxed, lighter and able to move much more comfortably. Thank you Tikky!!

Emma was very welcoming. Can't say I enjoy a bikini wax but Emma is by far the best waxer I've been to. I will be back to try a more relaxing treatment next time. I would highly recommend. I also loved that she uses natural product's.

Manpreet is a very welcoming and very friendly lady Before my appointment started I was offered Tea or coffee. She is very knowledgeable in her business. My nails are great and the pedicure was so relaxing I fell asleep. Will definitely book with Manpreet again

This was this first time I’d been to Manpreet. My daughter bought me a voucher for a Weekend Treat. I didn’t really know what to expect but it was amazing. I had a full body massage and a deep cleanse facial and loved it. Manpreet was lovely and made Me feel comfortable and relaxed even before the treatment started. Today was my first time at the wellness retreat and it was fabulous. Kate was so welcoming, professional , friendly and made me feel so relaxed. Time was carefully taken over discussing which treatments would suit my skin best. The treatment its self was incredible ive never had a facial like it and left glowing. The knowledge Kate gave me was fantastic and I cannot wait to explore more treatments in order to promote better skin and personal wellbeing for myself. I had a facial and eyebrow threading with Kay on Friday evening - the time worked really well for me and it was easy to park right outside which took the stress out of things for me. The facial was fab; she really gave my face a good cleansing and it definitely needed it! My eyebrows also look so much better after the threading, I’m really pleased. It was relaxing in the room and nice to chat with Kay through my treatments. Booked in for a wax pre-C-section in March, which Kay was really accommodating about arranging. Would recommend!
