I could not have asked for better, they accommodate all 9 the of us girl as a pre wedding day spa day. Spent the day in a beautiful room with a hot tub and sauna relaxing, a massage and facial for us all and we had the best time. Everyone was so relaxed come the end of the day and I slept so well. Would Highley recommend going here. They are all so lovely, professional and kind. What an amazing experience.

Booked for me and my friend. Roxanne and Vilma. Calm and welcoming environment. We were made to feel relaxed and comfortable. We both thoroughly enjoyed our express facial. Just an observation having experienced many massages in the UK and across the world, the massage room perhaps needs softer lighting, some background relaxing spa music playing and maybe a candle / diffuser, so the atmosphere is more relaxing and "cosy". I found the room at little "stark". My appointment was for a 90 deep tissue massage. While there were moments of deeper massaging across my scapulars and through my back, generally I would class this as a "relaxing" massage instead. Overall, a pleasant experience but not quite a five star rating.

First time seeing Jade at glass skin clinic today- She was super kind, welcoming and her clinic is such a lovely calm space! I booked a “leave it up to Jade” and after discussing my skin concerns and skin goals she decided a Korean glass skin facial with skin booster was the best to start with.
