An absolute treat - as always. What an amazing new recovery facility! Exactly what’s needed for the body post-exercise, and the head to prepare for the day or to relieve the day that’s been. For me it has a much more chilled feel than high street type wellness centres The green nature decor and low lighting is very relaxing with loads of plants around the space to add to the feel and therapeutic effects. Contrast therapy temps are approx 95 degrees for the traditional sauna and the three cold baths range from 10ish degrees down to 5. Magnesium spas are also spot on. Highly recommend!
