The experience was phenomenal!!! This was my first time ever doing a recovery session and Omni was very informative and made sure she answered any questions/concerns that I had. I will most definitely be back.

Koko and I had our sixth session together today. That has given me enough one-on-one time with her at LevelOne Fitness to be honest about my assessment of her training and coaching. Koko's knows what she is doing. She is a knowledgeable and sktrainer

WHAT A DELIGHT! It was for me to meet KoKo today. What a lively and lovely person she is. It did not take me long to know that I wanted to train with her. KoKo and I spent more than an hour assessing my physical abilities and discussing various aspects of my potential future physical health and well-being, and goals and strategies that we could implement to help me reach my goals.
