Five stars again! Having a sports massage when you’re injured is not always a pleasant experience, but Sophia worked her magic again. Just the right amount of pressure and I felt like I was walking on air afterwards.

Once again a brilliant session focusing on technique and use of weights.

Felt great after today’s session. Great mix of cardio and strength and toning
