I’ve been training with Adam for a few months now and honestly can’t recommend him enough. As a gay personal trainer in Manchester, he creates such a safe, welcoming space. His sessions are tailored, motivating and inclusive – perfect whether you’re just starting out or getting back into fitness. It’s rare to find someone who understands your goals and your identity. I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. 10/10.

This is my second session with Abbie and I’m really pleased. Abbie really listens to you and ensures she thoroughly understands your problems. She really knows her stuff and has given me more useful advice and rehab exercises (with reasoning behind her selection of them) to do at home, than any physio ever has in multiple sessions. Abbie has always checked the pressure of her massage on my shoulder is tolerable for me and has mobilised my shoulder safely to ‘free it up’ a bit for me. I feel in very safe and competent hands.
