Luke talked me through the process and explained why I was feeling the things I was feeling. Cupping has relieved all the pain from my calves....once my back surgery is done, I will be back. Thanks once again Luke for a wonderful experience.

I went for a sports massage with Luke and I can’t recommend him enough! His expertise and experience is incredible. I told him my issue, he identified it and then also got up a visual aid to confirm and further explain the treatment. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. During the treatment he suggested that we try cupping. He spoke through exactly what it was before starting; it was definitely the right thing for me!

Luke is great and has restored my confidence in my fitness. I'm now pain-free in my back and knees and can't recommend him enough.

My journey with Luke re-started a year ago following a break during Covid. Like many others my confidence was lost and I didn’t know how to restart my fitness journey. Two weeks into my training I had a set back but with Lukes knowledge and experience he guided me through this. Week after week my confidence grew and I could see the improvement in my fitness level.
