I booked a free discovery call as I was unsure what service I needed for my shoulder pain. Matt was really professional and knowledgeable and explained what was causing me pain. He gave me some exercises to work on in the meantime in preparation for a face to face appointment. Highly recommend.

Super helpful and informative initial assessment. Matt took his time to understand what the problem was and explained everything thoroughly as he went. He took me through the exercises to do at home one by one which he then followed up in an email with videos of how to perform them as well. Really useful session and will definitely return for a follow up. Highly highly recommend.
