Be did such an incredible job on my nails! 💅 She’s so gentle, detail-oriented, and really knows how to bring out the perfect shape and finish. Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! My experience was nothing but accommodating and relaxing. Sandra trimmed my hair with a nice straight blow-out and Julianna did my no-chip manicure and pedicure. These ladies were on-time, polite, and welcoming which provided a warm and safe environment after a rough 3 months! The salon was clean and the staff followed the precautions recommended by the State and CDC to ensure the health of their staff and guests due to COVID-19. All of these amazing ladies are extraordinary and this is a great addition to the Wicker Park Division Street neighborhood!

As always the service was great and has always been good which is why I return. However, I just want to say, when you are being serviced and your technician and fellow employees are speaking in their native tongue (which you can't understand) and they are laughing it becomes an uncomfortable environment for the client.

Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience.
