Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! I loved the quiet calm atmosphere and Margaret was great so patient with me I tend to be a little indecisive. She did not have a change of attitude. She just stopped asking questions and just took control (LOL). She knew what I wanted even when I didn't! I left there a satisfied customer! I've been looking for a beautician for two years and she is my beautician.
