I’ve been seeing Leah for about a year now after a friend recommended her, and she is truly worth the drive from Birmingham to Lichfield. Since that first appointment, I haven’t just become a regular customer I’ve started bringing my daughters along too! ​Going to see Leah is about so much more than just getting your hair done; it is a wonderful, essential experience. Leah is ​friendly & approachable , professional & passionate. Had an amazing facial with Hattie in her great therapy space in Lichfield centre, She created a bespoke facial with lots of products I hadn't tried before, very calming, came out radiant! Hattie is lovely but also very professional. Highly recommend, I will go back regularly.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I felt listened to, and they really went above and beyond for me. I went in for a HD makeup and nothing was too much trouble, I only booked half an hour of time but they spent longer than that because they added lashes and cleaned up rogue hairs! (Asking first of course). I will 100% be back again. Cannot thank you enough!

This morning I had the most relaxing and tranquil Japanese Head Spa experience with Hattie. She was professional, friendly, and calming throughout, taking her time to ensure I got the very most from the treatment. My hair feels incredibly soft and looks so shiny, and I left feeling grounded, refreshed, and much lighter than when I arrived. The attention to detail and care made the whole experience feel truly special. I cannot recommend Hattie and this experience highly enough and will definitely be returning.

Had the most ethereal experience with Hattie having a Japanese headspa. I always feel lighter physically and mentally after leaving Hattie.
