I was a bit shocked to find something red and crispy on the towel that I was to lie my face on! I mentioned it to Kay and she tried to tell me it was a stain.. but it wasn't. Anyway she changed it. The massage itself was very good.. painful.. but in a good way 🤣

Had a lovely experience at Knutsford Medi Spa, very relaxing and one of the best pedicures I have had. Lauren was very experienced but very gentle. I would strongly recommend her and will definitely be booking again soon.

My first visit to the Medi and Beauty Spa and I will be back. Definitely the best pedicure experience in Knutsford. Lauren did a wonderful job and the space itself is really lovely and comfortable (especially the air con in this heatwave!)
