Lauren was expert at working on the areas that were giving me the most problems. She was also able to provide self help assistance to continue after the treatment. I am booked in again and am looking forward to trying out some of the other options available from the clinic. Lauren has excellent communication skills and was extremely knowledgeable about my concerns as well as being able to provide solutions to help. 10/10

I had a fantastic facial experience—my skin feels incredibly refreshed, smooth, and glowing. The treatment was relaxing from start to finish, and everything was explained clearly, which made it feel really personalised. You can tell real care and expertise went into it. Working from her lovely little home pod, Ellie creates such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. She’s incredibly talented, professional, and personable, and I genuinely look forward to my monthly appointments.
