This was my first time getting a sugar treatment so I was very nervous. Normanique was so gentle with me and that made the experience 10 times better. She is a true professional - explaining the process as she works. She is very knowledgeable, articulate and I can tell that she loves what she does. Pain level was a 7/10 only because I was fully grown out, plus I have a low pain tolerance but I am definitely going back. Run, don't walk to book your appointment with her today!

The results exceeded my expectations—my eyebrows look natural, fuller, and perfectly shaped, complementing my facial features beautifully. The precision and artistry involved were evident, and I appreciated the detailed aftercare.

Overall it was a very informative and relaxing session. She was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the various products to use on my skin. She was very down to earth when explaining the pros and cons of getting better results. She did a step by step procedure to ensure that I was comfortable. Very clean and spacious environment.

Had the most amazing experience. The ambiance was serene and relaxing, setting the tone for a truly rejuvenating experience. Dr. Dian was an absolute gem she was super gentle, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. The facial itself was top-notch, leaving my skin feeling soft, smooth, and looking radiant. The Deep Pore Detox did exactly what it said, my pores feels squeaky clean and my skin is glowing! My experience at Beauty by Doctors was exceptional!! The staff there were very accommodating. Firstly I was unavoidably late for my appointment and they did their best to fit me in, an already tight schedule. I did a massage with Natalia, it was the best massage, her hands were so soothing, felt relaxed and comfortable with her. A whole new person when she was finished. Did a facial with Shanice, very knowledgeable and provided insightful recommendations about how I can improve my skin care. Overall 10/10. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I had a good experience at Eden Lounge and Spa. The staff is very friendly. I forgot that I was there for a facial because I was so deep in conversation. Thanks for the experience, I could feel the difference in my face, it felt very soft and clean.

Dian has a calm, warm, and approachable presence that immediately puts you at ease. She listens attentively, engages naturally when conversation is needed, and moves through each part of the treatment with ease and confidence. I felt comfortable and well cared for the entire time.

My experience was great! The ladies were very hospitable from start to finish. The facial was very relaxing, a bit uncomfortable for some of the procedures however Patrice was reassuring. The scents of the products really soothing and relaxing for someone who loves beautiful scents...it was just all in all relaxing I wasn't disappointed at all. I would recommend 👌

It was a great experience. The only thing I would change is giving instructions on how to care for your face after the facial is done. A pamphlet could be made to be issued to clients on this. Things like how often should a facial be done could be included. Thanks for the experience.

I had an amazing experience at Zen Eden Lounge and Spa in Montego Bay! I had a deep pore facial and microdermabrasion with Pet, and she is absolutely fantastic. She has a great sense of humor, is super easy to talk to, and really makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. After my treatment, she even offered me a snack and water, which was such a thoughtful touch. My skin feels incredible, and this has officially become my go-to spot every 6 weeks! Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and top-quality spa services.
