It was my first visit and Halina was fantastic! She was so welcoming and fully talked me through the treatment and how it works. She was really patient and was happy and accomodating when I asked for some 'tweaking' on the shape of the brows, didn't feel rushed at all. Will definitely be going back.

Honestly, Harlena is so professional and such a powerhouse of knowledge. I just love how at ease I always feels during treatments. She talks you through everything so you feel really informed & is honest in her recommendations so that you really feel you understand & can make an informed decision. I'm usually a little anxious but I'm always so relaxed and almost fall asleep. From the warm welcome, friendly atmosphere & warming personality I wouldn't trust anyone else now. Olya is incredibly professional. The clinic is so clean and as for the treatment, Olya makes you feel safe as her experience is second to none. I’ve never had that pinky, orange tinge as time goes on with a lot of people’s eye brows I see. Mine fade over time still being a good colour. They last so long too - up to 2 years. Thank you! X
