I thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese head spa and facial with Hattie - so relaxing! I really appreciated the questionaire before the appointment which Hattie used to provide a personalised service with products that suited my skin and scalp concerns and any sensitivities. My skin felt super glowy immediately afterwards and Hattie gave me some recommendations for my skincare routine going forwards, which I've been following for a few days and I'm already seeing more improvements. I'm looking forward to booking in for more treatments!

Dr Gill is welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the natural-looking results—nothing overdone. The clinic was clean, modern, and very well-organised, which added to the overall positive experience. I felt genuinely cared for throughout. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering Botox or any other facial treatments. The level of care and excellent treatment I received truly stood out.

Booked for a Japanese Head Spa and Facial and it was a real treat. Hattie discussed my skin and hair type to make sure she was using the best products to suit me. She put me at ease straight away and was warm and welcoming for my first visit. 1.5hrs of total relaxation and the following morning my skin feels and looks fantastic. Thanks for helping me find a little bit of perfect me time. I’ll definitely be back.

Brilliant! I had quite a few treatments this afternoon and Sophie used numbing cream and dental block making the whole experience really easy and virtually pain free. I am thrilled with the results and it’s only been a few hours. Her aftercare is very good as I know from previous appointments. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sophie.
