I loved my facial with Joanna! She spent ages assessing my skin and its needs, taking into account my lifestyle. She doesn't push products on you but asks you to send her a photo of the ones you've got so she can advise on future use without wasting them. The facial itself was so relaxing and my skin looked and felt amazing afterwards, glowing and hydrated. Such a fabulous experience. Such a beautiful space and Freya was incredible, such a wealth of knowledge and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in.
