I did the lymphatic drainage facial + guasha and I instantly felt a difference. I had tried multiple establishments and I can confidently say this is the best in Kota Kinabalu. The therapist is skillful and I highly recommend everyone to try it!

It’s my 2nd time visiting Natura and this time I tried their skincare line. The experience was really relaxing... I especially loved the facial session & shoulder massage 🥹 I forgot to ask for the therapist’s name, but she did a great job and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. One small suggestion: it would be nice if the therapist could briefly explain the products being used and their benefits, as I was a little confused 😅 Other than that, I really enjoyed my experience and would come again 🤍

The services is great! I’m having a really good me time pampering myself with the facial and massage..the face gym massage also help me stimulate my muscles, drainage the lymph of my face. I can feel a difference before and after the session. Really satisfied! Definitely will come.

Alfira is highly experienced. Her technique and pressure were perfect, making the Thai stretching massage deeply relaxing and anxiety-free. I almost fell asleep! The premises are clean, tidy, and simple—exactly the kind of no-frills, high-value place we love. The occasional outside traffic and aircraft noise didn't disrupt the soothing background music or my experience. I even came back for a second visit the next day!

I had a wonderful experience today! I came in with a very tense neck and shoulder, and my therapist was amazing. She was professional, attentive, and knew exactly how to relieve the tightness without using too much pressure. I felt much more relaxed after the massage.
