I’ve had lots of massages before and wasn’t sure how a pregnancy massage would work especially being I. The 3rd trimester but it was so lovely and when I got home I went to sleep as I was so relaxed, I didn’t realise how much I needed it! Highly recommend.

Such a lovely relaxing experience. I'd had a taster session previously but my friend brought me the full experience as a present. Gemma is so lovely and explained everything and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Really enjoyed it and felt so relaxed. Highly recommended for yourself or as a gift.

I loved my session with Gemma. I had never had a reflexology session before, so wasn’t too sure what to expect. Gemma explained everything really clearly and listened deeply and compassionately; the massage then sent me into a deep place of relaxation and I left feeling very relaxed and renewed. I can’t recommend Gemma highly enough!

Had a sports massage this morning with Annalea at AB Thrive and Revive and it was honestly great. The massage was spot on, really worked into the tight areas and made a big difference straight away. Annalea is so friendly and easy to chat to, which makes the whole experience really comfortable and relaxing. Left feeling looser, refreshed, and properly looked after. I had the most amazing sports massage today from Annalea, 💆‍♀️✨ I didn’t realise just how much tension I was holding until it all started to ease away. It was the perfect mix of firm and soothing – I could feel the knots being worked out but also felt so relaxed. The whole experience was so calming and I left feeling lighter, looser, and properly looked after. Definitely will be booking again!

I tried a sports massage with cupping with Annalea and it was amazing! The massage really worked out all the tight spots, and the cupping helped pull out some deep tension. The best treatments I have ever had. I had a back neck and shoulder massage and a Dermatoligica Pro 30 facial. As someone with sensitive skin, facials can sometimes feel harsh but today’s treatment was perfect. Time was taken with each step and the outcome is that my skin feels incredible. The massage was also tailored to my liking and I came out feeling renewed. Would recommend over and over again!
