I left feeling completely de-stressed, with my knots eased, muscles relaxed, and ready for my holiday. I had a wonderful massage with Nora, who was so attentive, friendly and welcoming. She tailored the massage perfectly to what I needed, and the hot stones were amazing! She regularly checked in about the pressure and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I’ve been suffering with discomfort and tight knots in my shoulders for quite a while, and she worked wonders in relieving the tension. She paid particular attention to my neck, where I was holding a lot of stress, and I could feel the difference immediately. Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Always a great welcome at the cryo lab , I've never done the body balancer before , it was all explained before hand and I was very much looking forward to 45 minutes to myself . Nice clean room , lights off and let the machine and suit do all the work . It was so relaxing my legs have felt great all day . Part of my recovery journey lymphatic drainage, helping to flush excess fluid, reduce swelling and improve circulation . Yet to really appreciate the results but that and the chamber i can definitely feel improvement. Would definitely recommend cryo lab .
