I had a postnatal massage and took baby with me. It worked really well. It was such a relaxing space baby slept. The massage was set up flexibly if I needed to stop, comfort baby or feed. Such a rare thing to be able to work around baby and still have some therapeutic time and space for mums to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this treatment for new mums, a real treat .

I booked my husband a massage, he definitely needed it. He’s not one to be free with the compliments, but could not have been more effusive with the praise for Roxy and her magical healing hands. Not only did she sort out some major back pain for hubby, she even took the time to message us afterwards with some research regarding the specific issues he was experiencing. Cannot recommend her enough!

I had a prenatal massage with Lucy, she made me feel really welcome. I loved the idea of the affirmation cards to start with before the massage began. The pressure was perfect and I felt really relaxed throughout the whole massage, thank you again I really enjoyed it and I think the little one did too :)x

It is always so good to see Sophie and to be in her hands. Every time I walk out of her treatment room I feel a lot lighter. This was a first visit to Bonitaz, and chosen due to the location and availability. I had the leg and foot massage, which started with a foot soak and pedicure. It was very relaxing and very good pressure used on my feet. Paula is lovely and friendly. Very attentive and professional. I will definitely visit here again.

I've been having regular sessions with Patrick for nearly a year now, and I could not recommend him more! His sport massages have made a huge difference for my back and neck problems. But perhaps more importantly, he has helped me understand much better what is going on, as he is clearly very knowledgeable and always explains in plain terms what he observes is going on with the musculature. Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor!
