I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

Lucy Was so calm during the massage and made me feel really relaxed. The bed was warmed which was a lovely feel also adding to the relaxing feeling. The massage Lucy gave me was wonderful. I was sorry when it finished.

Thank you so much for the most wonderful relaxing time. I have had a lot of massages in the past but this was the best one I've had. Every muscle group was worked with each spot being hit. Another Incredible sculpted facial with Charlotte. It really is like nothing else you will get anywhere else. Relaxing yet powerful massage that finds every muscle in your face and Charlotte is amazing at releasing all the tension in each tiny one. Always a lovely, relaxed place to visit. This time I sampled the outdoor, garden all over body massage. Although it was a bit breezy, I was as good arm enough with the towels, and the massage, by Vicky was excellent. After, I was offered tea and water, relaxing by the koi pond. Highly recommended.

My experience with Jo was completely magical. I had the Transmutation, a holistic facial treatment that includes microneedling, polynucleotides, massage and a sound bath, which was both stimulating and relaxing. The setting is really cosy and it was very hard to leave the heated bed once the treatment was over. I could easily have drifted off if I hadn't been so curious about the process! Jo is highly knowledgeable, gentle, and very generous with her advice for aftercare. My skin feels and looks much better already and I received a lovely spray to use. Thank you, Jo! ✨

Another great treatment, my second Indian head massage it was perfect. The room smelt lovely with a nice relaxing scent, helping to create the perfect atmosphere from start to finish. Had my first Indian head massage with Kirstie yesterday, it was amazing. Felt comfortable, relaxed at the time and afterwards felt so chilled I came home and had a nap, following another nap in the evening! Had a great nights sleep and feel great this morning.
