Second appointment. Last appointment got rid of 60% of the pain. This session was just as good, totally relaxing and I could feel it working and everything was loosening up. Honestly the best , I tried the lymphatic drainage massage I have never left a massage so relaxed, Nicola explained the whole process as very different from what normal a massage is but worth it felt amazing at the end.

This was exactly what I needed. A gentler form of a sports massage but with all the luxuries and relaxation of a spa massage but with the added benefit of a trained physio. I have a shoulder injury and Emma could feel my issues and worked on them and loosened the muscles and relieved some tension whilst being mindful of the pain I'm in. By the time I left, the pain had eased and I could use my shoulder a lot more and felt so relaxed. Absolutely knows her stuff and I can't rate highly enough. I'll definitely be back. I just had the most amazing Swedish massage followed by a facial with Pam, and it was exactly what I needed. Pam is fantastic. She found the tight spots in my shoulders, neck, and back. I could feel the tension releasing as she worked her magic.By the end my body felt looser and more relaxed. The facial afterward was the perfect finish. My skin feels soft and refreshed, like a real reset. Pam kept everything comfortable and peaceful, no rushing or awkward moments. I left feeling brand new and recharged. MiaBella Beauty is a gorgeous space to enjoy time for pampering and relaxation. Sammie is very welcoming and sets you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. I loved choosing the scent of my massage oil, and the foot soak and herbal tea were lovely touches that helped me unwind. The massage was wonderful—I left feeling deeply relaxed, with noticeably less tension in my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend Emma and will definitely be returning.
