Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Always a great welcome at the cryo lab , I've never done the body balancer before , it was all explained before hand and I was very much looking forward to 45 minutes to myself . Nice clean room , lights off and let the machine and suit do all the work . It was so relaxing my legs have felt great all day . Part of my recovery journey lymphatic drainage, helping to flush excess fluid, reduce swelling and improve circulation . Yet to really appreciate the results but that and the chamber i can definitely feel improvement. Would definitely recommend cryo lab .
