Visited Phoebe this morning for a massage as Im so sore with ongoing sciatica. She's so knowledgeable with injuries and suggested different ways I can improve my symptoms. Will definitely be revisiting to try other things she does such as needling and cupping!!!!

Went in today to see if I could book a massage for a very stiff,sore neck. Was in a lot of pain and they could tell I was struggling. They went out of their way to help me recommended an infra red sun shower first and then Emily gave me a deep neck massage which has already eased it. I can't recommend colourseum enough. A huge thankyou to Julie and Emily for the amazing massage and Charlotte too.

I love getting my monthly haircut with Julie! It's incredible to think that I only discovered her after a less-than-stellar experience at Steven and Laurent. By far, this is the best salon in Bideford. The vibe created by all the girls there is simply fantastic. They truly make every visit memorable!

Miranda is an amazing massage therapist. She is kind, thoughtful and incredibly intuitive. If you are considering having any kind of massage or treatment, then do go to Miranda, you absolutely will not regret it.

Been to Phoebe for 4 weeks now and she has helped tremendously with my recovery from Knee Replacement Surgery. Massage has relieved swollen foot and ankle and relieved pain in my calf allowing me to walk without pain.

When I arrived we talked about talked my injury and she explained how the massage would help. Phoebe also said what I could do at home to help it improve, she made me feel so comfortable. This will definitely be a regular appointment for me. Thank you x

Jen is very attentive and very caring whilst performing my massage, she hits all the right spots of tightness and stiffness. She is having a very calming nature and personality and I feel very safe, nurtured and cared for in her hands! I always have the best night sleep in the few nights after the massage! Jen is amazing! Lovely relaxing time especially in the massage chair, great conversation and giggles like being in a room of friends. Hair was cut exactly as I’d asked and my colour change turned out amazing.

Only ever seen cupping on insta. Mix of both(massage) with a very knowledgeable individual, who by the way is lovely. Made for a great first experience. Booking system extremely simple and massively impressed. Will recommend PJ and wish her well. Though not needed as a fab overall experience and sure she will fly going forward
