I found the whole experience very relaxing. Kirstie has great knowledge in what she does and I felt that I was being treated with respect amd courtesy throughout. My 1hr reflexology experience was well worth the money and I will no doubt book another session. Would recommend.

A truely amazing experience. I arrived with a 'frozen' neck and shoulder and in a lot of discomfort. I went away calmed, reassured and so much more relaxed. What an amazing place. Hidden away on the ground floor of the Sackville building. Clean, welcoming, and a calming atmospere. Have already recommended it to a friend who was hunting for a podiatrist in Bexhill. I was seen after my neck treatment by the podiatrist and can definitely recommend this service as well. I walked home on air!

I visited Emma and the results went great. I had lots of pain in my shoulders/neck and deltoids, I hadn't slept well for a while and this pain effected my daily job & mental health for weeks. Emma cleared out all my pains in one session , I've felt great this past week after visiting Sackville health and beauty.

Another great treatment, my second Indian head massage it was perfect. The room smelt lovely with a nice relaxing scent, helping to create the perfect atmosphere from start to finish. The hot towel at the end was the icing on the cake. I could have easily stayed there and slept on longer. Look forward to my next session. Thank you Kirstie.

Felt comfortable, relaxed at the time and afterwards felt so chilled I came home and had a nap, following another nap in the evening! Had a great nights sleep and feel great this morning. Experiencing anxiety for the first time (going through the menopause) I had a visit with Kirstie and explained exactly how I was feeling, including lack of sleep. Two nights in a row after the session I have had a better nights sleep and feeling more relaxed. Reflexology is much more than a foot massage, it’s for body, mind and wellbeing.
