More progress!! 2nd visit for me and Paige suggested some slight variations to help…..she really knows her stuff guys! Cupping with red light feels great! I’ve been following the stretching programme, and can now really start to see the benefit in my ROM/form in the gym, even after such a short period of time. I got told off for not drinking enough water, so going to focus on that now…..I’m making no promises!! Haha. But all joking aside, she took the time to explain in detail why it’s so important if I want to get the most from our sessions. Get in touch, you won’t be disappointed!!

I booked in with Paige to receive acupuncture to help my fertility. I was going through ivf & after looking into it thought it would be worth a shot. such a welcoming place the staff sare so friendly. ..I chose Paige what a lovely person and her knowledge is incredible I currently have a sports massage , cupping and red light therapy every two weeks and what. Paige is an amazing acupuncturist—she’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain how everything works and what you’re feeling during the treatment. She creates such a calming, comfortable environment that I usually end up falling asleep! I felt the benefits immediately, and this is now my second session with her. I’ve also had other treatments, including a lymphatic massage post-op, and the results were incredible. Highly recommend!

Amazing session as always. I can now come every 5-6 weeks instead of 4 as the lower back pain I’ve suffered from for years has is finally being kept at bay for longer with these maintenance sessions. Paige is great and explains everything throughout.

1st time of having acupuncture I'm terrified of needles and kept my eyes shut whilst Paige put the needles in ,but she made me feel relaxed and at ease talking whilst this was happening again her knowledge is on another level she's like a health dictionary the difference this making in helping with my training etc is unbelievable and how she as educated me the importance on recovery and stretching . The treatment I received was in lovely relaxing atmosphere. Paige explained the potential cause of my pain and got straight to work identifying the trigger point. The massage really helped and from just one session seemed to ease the pain that I have been experiencing. I am going on holiday in a few days but have taken on board the additional things that Paige has suggested, that I can perform to aid my recovery. I will be booking another session on my return.

I recently had the most amazing hot stone massage, and I can honestly say it was the best massage experience I’ve ever had. The warmth of the stones melted away tension I didn’t even know I had. Combined with expert technique, every stroke felt deeply therapeutic and soothing. The therapist was incredibly skilled and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The heated stones glided smoothly over my muscles, helping me fully relax while easing deep-seated knots and stress.
