"I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Most notably, Paige helped me overcome a massive fear of needles to start acupuncture—I've gone from being terrified to now doing 10 sessions a month! I always have an excellent experience with Mayra. She is professional, attentive and really understands how to work on tension in the body. Every time I leave a session, I feel lighter, more relaxed and all the knots have been properly released. My body feels better afterwards. I would highly recommend her.
